50Express® Royal Icing Mix 2.18 LB Bag
Just add water! Excellent for pre-made flowers, gingerbread houses, etc. Create a cookie icing with this mix, using the picture icing directions on the package. Longer lasting icing for display cakes. Great for flowers, but much too hard for icing on a cake to be served.
Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Dried Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Leavening (Potassium Aluminum Phosphate, Cream of Tartar, Mono Calcium Phosphate), Gum Arabic, Contains 2% or less of the following: Gelatin, Locust Bean Gum, Sodium Acid Phosphorylate, Natural and Artificial Flavors.
